STUDENTS' COUNCIL - GETTING INVOLVED
Students' Council is where the views of the students of the University of
Paisley are heard and where you can make decisions about the direction of the
University and the Students Association.
Joining the Students Council not only gives you the power to influence what is
happening within your Students Association but it is also a boost to your C.V. -
making you stand from the rest when you go for a job with a thousand other
graduates!
As if this wasn't enough as a Student Council member you get a nifty T-shirt and
a free drink after every meeting! There will also be other freebies and benefits
on offer throughout the year.
To become a member of out Students' Council you only have to be nominated by two
members of your class. No previous experience is necessary as full training will
be given - all you need is an interest in representing your class and a
commitment to attending the monthly meetings.
